No he recibido el correo de Sheerid

Llevo más de dos semanas esperando el correo de Sheerid, he revisado todos los días mi gmail (Todas mis carpetas, incluso **bleep**) para ver si ha llegado, pero no he recibido nada ¿Cuánto más debo de esperar?
