Not able to add address after purchasing Premium Duo

I had recently upgraded from premium to premium duo, after purchasing it was taking very long to load the 2nd step that is adding the address, after closing the window, I am not able to find any option to control my duo account.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

You can set your home address as well as manage your Duo plan on your account page here. If your address doesn't autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.

If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.
