Not able to delete or complete new invitation of family member.

Not able to delete or complete new invitation of family member.

When I try to complete adding new member I got error message
There was a problem
Please try again later.

I tried many times but without success.

Also same error occur when I try to remove an member from plan.

Thank you for your help.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Could you give the steps under Add or remove Family members on this page a shot using an incognito window or a different browser? Make sure that you're logged in to the plan manager account when following the steps, as only the manager will be able to handle the members. When your family member then opens the invite, they need to be logged into their own Spotify account.

Another option is to try from another device as well. For example, if you're currently using your phone, you can try from a computer.

If possible, should the issue persist, you can also check if another internet connection makes any difference.
