Not able to join Spotify Family

Not able to join Spotify Family

We are 4 people sharing a spotify premium, and now my family has paid for the family account. Do we have to make own accounts to be able to join in? Because now when I press the accept invitation button in the E-mail it just sends me to the subscription and payment site. I have tried different browsers, incognito, deleted caches etc....

Hey @HD15, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you want to join a Premium for Family plan, you'll need to have an active Spotify account. If you and the people who want to accept the invite don't have an account yet, you can go ahead and create one at no cost here.

 

Once you all have it, you'll need to request an invite to the email addess you used to create the account. As soon as you receive it, you'll be able to accept it by following these steps.

 

Keep in mind that every person needs to live in the same physical address as the owner of the plan in order to be part of it.

Hi. I need help. I have a familiar premium plan, but the problem is that my daughter can’t activate in your phone, because she receive an error 600, I don’t know what it is I put correct the address....I read that I could be delete my account an open a new account but I don’t want lost my playlist. 

Please help me, where can I do or where I send a mail o message.thanks
