Not able to join premium for family

Not able to join premium for family

I live with my girlfriend and Spotify is not accepting her into my premium for family account.

We tried cleaning the cache, open in incognito window, different browser... Don't know what to do at this point.

Makes me wonder why i'm paying for something that doesn't work properly.

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

 

Let's try and troubleshoot this. Have you been part of other Spotify Family subscriptions before this year? If so, beware that you can't join more than two Spotify Family plan in a year. 

 

Alternatively, are you abroad right now? Because if you are, you won't be able to be accepted.

Hello, Leo!!

Thank you for your response.
She was part of my Premium for Family and out of nowhere she was deleted from the group. I invited her again and now she gets the error message I uploaded when she tries to accept the family invite.

We live in Toronto ON.
