Not receiving email to add family

Not receiving email to add family

Not receiving invite email to add family members i have sent it twice. What do i need to do.

Welcome to the community:)!

have you looked into the spam folder of your member or tried another email address (e.g. gmail worked fine for me)

I have used another email what do i do next it gave me a code.

Hi again,

  1. When your family members already have an Spotify account, then you have to click on Accept invitation in the email.
  2. Then they have to log in with their Spotify account 
  3. They have to insert their location they life.
  4. Now they should be successfully be a part of your Spotify family.
