So I use spotify in my car and 5 year old son uses it on Alexa. But sometimes when I'm commuting to work and using spotify in my car hes at home wanting to use it to listen to his music. So then I lose my music. So if I sign up for premium for family can we listen at the same time? He doesn't have an email address, he's 5.

All members of a Premium for Family plan would need to have an account and to create an account it's required to provide an email address that's not already being used for another Spotify account.
