Oops, something is wrong, please try again

When changing to a family premium account, i tried to add two more people in the same address but when the next payment arrived these two people were excluded of the account. When trying to send the invitation again I couldn't add them anymore because the message "Oops, something is wrong, please try again." appeared all the time I tried to do so. What can I do to solve this problem and add them again?
