Oops something went wrong (family premium)

I can't add family members. It always says "4- oops something went wrong" my friend told me that this was because i've reached the limit of the account I've been trying to invite to family premium. Is this really the case? Is there a fix?

Currently, users can switch from one Premium for Family subscription to another once every 12 months. It looks like your friend has been on two plans, and won’t be able to switch to yours at this time.

He can rejoin the previous plan by asking the subscription’s owner to send him another invite, or check out our other subscription options here.
