My Question or Issue

I have an ongoing subscription of Premium Family and the last payment was on May 1st (~5 days ago), nevertheless all our accounts are set to "Spotify Free".

 

Please help us get Premium back

Payment was apparently declined, though can't see why. Had to re-register the account all all family accounts to get back to the plan.
