If i understand correctly, you were currently charged for a Spotify account ?
Could you please add a bit more info like:
- Have you ever subscribed to a Premium account of any sort
- Device you're using
- Current subscription status at your account overview page

If you're experiencing unexpected charges on your account, please make sure to follow the instructions given here in order to find all the active accounts listed with your details.
Then, if you have encountered an account which may be causing the extra charges to appear, feel free to cancel the subscription through here.
Bear in mind that if you're an owner of a Family plan, you may have created another account besides your Premium one by mistake and canceling this one would effect the other members of the plan.
Regardless to the above, you can always use this refunds support page to gain more info on the subject.

If you've found a mistake made on your account, you should use the refunds page i added to contact the right Spotify factors.

When you cancel your subscription, payments already made will not be refunded, but you can continue to use Premium features until your account reverts back to Free.
If you were charged after canceling your Premium subscription, we'd recommend taking a look at this support article and following the steps according to your subscription status.
In case your account is already on Free, you might have logged in to a secondary account. Can you follow these steps and check if you have another account?
