My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

I'm using family premium but i can't change payment method my virtual card. I change for 1 month then change again another card. Now i wanna change it again for virtual card but it show an error.

Consider trying to update the card in an incognito window and on different devices. If you've already tried unsuccessfully several times, then make sure to wait a few hours before trying again to prevent the system from blocking all attempts. If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the error so we can take a closer look.
