Payment details cannot be accepted

hello guys, my name is Dan. I just want to ask something regarding my subscription.  I have my credit card enrolled in my account here at spotify, but when I was about to renew my subscription, my card information cannot be accepted. It shows, "Oops, it seems that your card or payment provider may have a bad day. etc." I tried it many times. I hope you guys can help me.  thank you.. I really want to use my spotify again,
