Payment dident get accepted-it changed to regular premium, how do I fix my wifes account now?..

My payment dident get accepted because I have a new card.
We did have family premium for the first time and my wife got one account by that.
My account stopped working and I got told I needed to pay, so I added my new card and it only took regular premium payment.

So now it isent family premium as becore and I pressed to add that again, and now I need to invite my wife again?..
How do we fix this **bleep** on the easiest way?
Dont want to create a new account for her again.
