Permium members cant use spotify at the same time

I have two people in the same house trying to play spotify, one directly and 1 through sonos.  Both are logged in with their own id but it wont let us play music on seperate devices.

This was working but seems ot have stopped

Does a simple log in and log out help? Otherwise you should try a clean reinstall. Here's how to do it.
