Playlist disappeared

Playlist disappeared

My daughter's playlists disappeared when she linked her existing account to a family account. When we try to recover them we get an error message. Can anyone help?

Thank you for taking the time to post here in the Community. Let's take a closer look into this together.

 

To start with, can you let us know if only one playlist disappeared or if all of her playlists disappeared? If all of them disappeared she might have multiple accounts. You can check that by following the steps that's provided in this article.
