Please make it to where we talk to a physical person

I love Spotify but you cannot take my money and not provide me with a service. I am paying but my music keeps getting interrupted with buy Premium. I have Premium. Please help. I got a new phone too and my account and music did not transfer. Please help.

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
