Premium Family Accounts switched around/cannot log in.

Premium Family Accounts switched around/cannot log in.

 My 3 other family members and I are all on a Spotify family account. I can access my account on mobile perfectly fine, and so can Stephanie.

Just recently 2 of the members have not been able to log in. Ryan cannot access his account from the mobile app or desktop and it says on the home screen that his account is actually mine. RaheyP's account is not accessible by desktop and all of her music in the mobile app is actually Ryan's music from his account.

I have tried to reset the accounts. What is happening?

Seems like we'll need to take a closer look at the accounts in your Premium for Family plan. To help you out, it's best to contact our Support team via Facebook or Twitter.

 

They have the tools to check each account and let you know what exactly is going on with your plan.
