Premium Family Members having problem with my invitation

Premium Family Members having problem with my invitation

What is wrong Spotify Dev Team. I am paying your subscriptions but my members complain they can't confirm the invitation sent by their email what the **bleep** is the problem. 😞

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

 

Do your family members live in the same physical address as you? If they don't, they won't be able to join the Family Subscription, as stated in the T&Cs

 

If that's not the case, have your family members ever been part of other Family Subscriptions? If so, when?

yes she was formerly in my family member and its just kickout and I had to
re enroll her again and before that she had this confirmation below:

After then she cannot join in my family subscrption after filling out the
confirmation details. Please do fast track this concern on or before the
next billing subscription or I will just end my subscription if this was so
stupid enough not to accept any of my family members. Also I tested out
some other accounts and they can't just join in my family members.

In this case, she ignored, or didn't see a confirmation email to confirm her location, so her account is now locked. You should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂
