Premium Family account - impossible to accept the invitation

Hi, I got a problem with my Spotify Family account. The invitation tool does not work. I've send my family the invitations and they all got the message at their e-mail mailbox, but all of them are unable to accept the invitations. They open the link and get to the site where the account can be managed and the invitation ist still marked as unread or unopened or whatever. Neverthless we pay 15€/month for the account...
