Premium Family expired, availed again, can't join

Premium Family expired, availed again, can't join

My sister availed for Spotify Premium for Family and my girlfriend and I join. When the said premium expired, she availed of it again, invited me and my girlfriend, but this time my girlfriend and I cannot join. It keeps saying that we are unable to join the Premium for Family.

 

I read that we're only allowed to switch from 1 Family plan to another once every 12 months. Since the premium is still under the same account (my sister's) then it shouldn't be considered as a switch. And even if it's considered as a switch, we should still be able to avail since it's our first time to switch to a "different" plan.

 

Any thoughts or stuff that can help us out?
