Premium Family has kicked me out

Premium Family has kicked me out

My Question or Issue

I am currently on the Premium Family Plan - last payment was made so I am up to date. However, we have all been kicked out - when we log in on any of our devices it logs in on the free plan. Please help.

Could you check if you've received any emails about this in your inbox informing you on why that might have happened? Be sure to look in Spam / other filtered folders as well.
