My Question or Issue

Hello,

 

I cannot join my sister's Spotify Family account. The message that always pops up is that I am trying to join from abroad and hence I cannot proceed. However, I have moved from other country back home, and changed the location and even phone is my home country phone. Can anyone help me?

Could you please visit your account overview page and make sure that your country and payment method currently used fit the same country as your sister ?
