Premium Family not registering as a paid service?

Premium Family not registering as a paid service?

Have accidentally signed up to Premium Family via an old email address / Spotify account. So when I attempt to sign in it keeps registering to the 'old' email address (which I do not have the login details for). In such I cannot access my Premium Family account?
