Premium Family

My brother has premium family spotify account.He tried to share premium with me.He sent a premium invitation to my mail box.I accepted the invitation, and Spotify asked me my address.I wrote my address correctly.Then Spotify said "We can not verify that you are living in same address with the main account owner." But my brother and i are living at the same address. What should i do?

hi, unfortunately nobody cares about these problems. i live with my boyfriend, even ou IP addresses are same all evenings but Spotify claims that we are not living in the same address! 

He created his account via facebook so he doesn't have some information that spotify asks. 

I sent several email, i filled several contact us forms, i sent message from facebook.. nobody cares, nobody replies. only reply is "you need to enter same address" kidding? 

second answer is "create a new account" so i need to move all my songs to new account. kidding? 

if you won't care, won't help, won't find a "real" solution, please just tell it. don't send ridiculus replies like "please send message to contact us" (since they don't give any reply!)
