Every month my payment is unsuccessful and every month I have to write same card information. It happens for the last 3 4 months. Why do I have to update the same information each month

It sounds like your payment card is having trouble making the payment on your renewal dates. Make sure your payment card meets the requirements listed here a few days before your renewal date.
