Premium changed to family without my consent.

Premium changed to family without my consent.

First I apologize for any english error since it's not my first language.

 

Ok, I have this situation.

Yesterday my premium subscription was suddenly changed to family, as I said in title, without my consent. I didn't ask for it and they just did it yesterday, one day before my payment cycle. 
Yeah, I'm pissed cause it feels like a fuc..... sabotage!

Its not related with my case.

Nobody entered my account. Nobody knows my password. I just receive and e-mail "welcome to spotify family". Spotify just CHANGED MY SUBSCRIPTION A COUPLE HOURS BEFORE MY PAYMENT CYCLE.

I'm done with this **bleep**.
I'm going to cancel it.

There's no way for your subscription to just change from Premium to Premium for Family without human interaction. I'd recommend checking the support article again, and following all the steps.

This just happened to me. Same situation. No one had access to my account. This is an error on Spotify's part. They're just not acknowledging it.
