My Question or Issue

I have the premium duo plan for my husband and I, and my account can access included audiobooks but his cannot in the app. I have tried adding them to the library in my account to see if it would show in his, but for him it always shows a lock then says “cannot purchase audiobooks in the app”. If it isnt a purchase, shouldn’t it just show without the lock?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Audiobook payments can only be done through the web, but you can listen in the app once you’ve unlocked the title.

 

Keep in mind that you can only listen to unlocked audiobooks on the account where it was purchased.

 

Lastly, audiobooks that are included in Premium can only be accessed by the Duo/Family plan manager.
