Premium family account not working for one member

Premium family account not working for one member

My Question or Issue

I'm part of a premium family account and mine has stopped working as premium for about the past month, but mines the only account to be doing this. Everyone else's has been working fine and this has never happened before, how do I fix it?

Hey @Jim_The_Jumbo,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

If the other accounts of the plan are working just fine, it's possible that you have logged into a different account that has no Premium features by mistake. So in this case, we'd first recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.


If you cannot see the Premium features after that, since the Premium account could have a different login method, we'd recommend trying the ones mentioned in this article
