Premium family - blank page

Premium family - blank page

I sent an invitation to my daughter to join my existing Premium Family account and, when she clicks the "accept invitation" link it leads to a blank page. I have gone back to my own account to re-send the link and now have a blank page when I click on Premium for Family on my own account. Is there a system fault?

Hey @altandhu01,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
