Premium family plan stopped working for all non primary accounts

Solved!

Premium family plan stopped working for all non primary accounts

We have had premium family plan for a couple of years now and last night all the added accounts except the primary account turned to “Free” instead of “Premium”.  We have logged out and logged back in without success. We deleted the app and reinstalled without success. Can someone let me know how to correct this, as trying to find any information about how to correct this has been frustrating.

Hey, @jbsquare72

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for posting!

First of all, I'll suggest that you check on your Spotify account page if your Spotify account continues as Family Premium. If it does, try to remove all users and then add them again.

Let me know if it worked...

If you need more info or have any other questions, let me know! I'd love to help!

Best Regards,

Hi there, I was wrong when I checked my account. It indicated Premium but not Family Premium. Not sure why it changed from Family back to Premium. I had to resubscribe to Family and resend invites to family members. Everyone is back working now. Thanks for the reply.
