Premium family

I don’t know why I got eliminated from my premium family account, we all live together, my brother send me another invitation but when trying to log in a message pops saying there’s an error. Am mad at the Spotify team because they eliminated me from my brothers account even though we live together!! I need help!!

In this case your account is blocked, since you forgot to click on the link that spotify sent you to confirm that you live in the same place. You should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

• Through this link.
• Through Facebook: SpotifyCares
• Or lastly through Twitter @SpotifyCares

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂

Btw, beware that it may take up to 72 hours to get a response from them!
