Premium for Family Problem

Premium for Family Problem

I have a problem with my subscription -- Premium for Family. I've added my family to the subscription, but after around 2 months I realized that some of my family members were kicked out by the Spotify system, saying that Spotify can't confirm the address. This happened to me twice. What should I do? I have tried to remove the subscription and subscribe again on another account. Thanks.

In order for spotify family to work, your family has to live in your same building. If they don't spotify will kick them. That is probably the problem. If they do live with you, contact spotify on support.spotify.com

If that was the problem, accept it as solution and if you liked my post too, leave a like. Thank you

It's for my family and I and we live under the same roof. Well, my brother and I had Spotify premium 1 year ago and we moved to a different house. So my brother and I registered our address as "Adress A". A few months ago, my parents also want to subscribe to Spotify premium, but then their address was registered as "Address B", which is the new house. Then I thought, "let's just subscribe to the Spotify premium for family. My family agreed and it went well for 2 months. On the second month, my brother and I got kicked out of the Spotify premium for family. I checked my email after knowing that I'm not subscribing to Spotify premium for family. I figured that Spotify gave a me a confirmation email to confirm that I live in the same house with the one who subscribed for Spotify premium for family, which were my parents. But then I realized I was too late for verifying my address and I can't re-verify my address. This also happened to my brother. Is there anything I could do to solve this problem? Thank you.
