Premium for Family - kids officially live at my address, but temporarily elsewhere

So the Premium for Family plan is pretty clear about "members have to reside at your address." My kids officially *do* live at my address - drivers license and voter registration are proof, and they do receive mail at our address. But: they have temporary apartments elsewhere (because of school and/or job) as well. So: can I have them join, or not?
