Premium for Family screen is blank

Premium for Family screen is blank

Trying to send an Invite to a family member and the screen is blank. No icon to "send an invite"

Hey @gedmiaston,

 

We'd recommend trying the following:

 

  • Open the page in an incognito window
  • Open the page in an incognito window with a new browser
  • Try the process on a different device
  • Make sure you try it on a desktop
  • Be sure to check your connection, or try another secure one if possible

This should help you out. If the invite's then sent, get the family member to also accept the invite on an incognito window if necessary 🙂

I have the same problem, tried all that, still doesn´t work 😞
