Premium for Family/unable to listen to our own music

Premium for Family/unable to listen to our own music

Good evening

I upgraded this afternoon from Premium to Family Premium. I have followed the different steps. Still after 4 long hours of trying, only one music can be heard from 3 different devices. My husband and daughter have created new accounts. None of it through FB and original account was done through Spotify. Very frustrating. Please help if you can. Thanks!

You (the owner) should be able to add family members and they must accept the invitation


"Note: The owner and all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address."

 

Yes I have. And several times. We all live under the same roof. They accepted the invite. Still not working. Not planning to spend my Sunday on this so will probably cancel.
