Premium for Family

I have Premium for family and there are 3 of us registered. We all live at the same address but when I am playing spotify and then one of the other users does so (via Sonos at home) I get kicked out! Not sure why this happens as my payment is big collected each month and all 3 are registered (I can see that by looking at my account on Spotify site). Any advice welcome.

Welcome to the forums!

 

It sounds as though the other user is trying to play music on the same account as your already on.

 

Can you please check that each user of the family account is logging into their own account while playing the music?
