Premium for Family

Premium for Family

When I try to go to manage my Premium for family account, I just getting a black page !!!

 

It has been so for 3 days.

Hey @sofieblangsted, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, can you try managing your Premium for Family plan from a desktop PC while using an incognito window? It this doesn't work, we suggest you try doing so using a different internet connection.

 

We hope this works 🙂

I have this same issue of a blank page appearing after choosing to "Manage family members."

 

I've tried using my iPad, an android phone, and my Windows PC. I've also tried three different browsers (all caches cleared), yet nothing works. 

 

This is very frustrating!
