Premium for family stopped working for one member

Hi, 

my family has a spotify premium for family and for a year and it has worked great. But all of the sudden I was thrown out of the plan and when my mom tried adding me again the email link just sent me to the subscription and payment page where i was (helpfully) notified that i did not have premium. Whenever I click the Premium for Family page it just sends me to that same subscription page and there is no way for me to use the code i was given in the email. 

So, my question is: what the **bleep**?
