Premium for family

I recently accepted my invitation to the family premium but it does not work and works as if it was a free account

Welcome to the forums!

 

Thats not cool. Lets see if thi will help.

Can you get the family admin send  the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 

Then accept the invite logged in with your  own username in the app and in the website. Be  sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be whats causing you  to be left out.
