Premium for family

I have a question regarding premium for family. I want to buy the service for me and my family but I can see that you need to live on the same address, why? I'm the one who pays, I live in my apartment and my mother, father and sister in their house. Is this a problem?

Yeah, because all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address as the plan owner. It would be against the Premium for Family Terms and Conditions to add members to the plan when they don't reside at the same address: https://www.spotify.com/legal/family-plan/.
