I AM copy pasting what I sent spotify customer service since they gave me an option to ask the spotify community too

"Hi, my mother recently upgraded to premium family. She inputed our address but left the street number blank (since we don't have street number) when I try accepting the invitation and filling out the information, it won't let me leave the street number blank. I hope you can help us, thank you"
