Premium members and invites sent wrong

Premium members and invites sent wrong

Hi,

today I logged on spotify and went to check my "Family" members.

I've seen that all my members were gone and replaced with one "stranger".

 

Delete that member and resent all the invites, my "members" receive an email from spotify family that includes not "my account name" but another person family account. 

 

I checked all the access,logout from everywhere,devices but when I send invites, these are invites that seems that they're sent from another spotify family account. It seems that my account got merged/confused with mine.

 

 

Expect a really fast response because it's a very important problem for my privacy.

Edit: Now I received an email stating that I've disabled my premium when i've not done it.

 

 

I would highly, highly suggest that you contact Spotify about this directly ASAP considering billing info is included on your account. Best of luck to you.
