Inviting my family members to my Family Membership

Inviting my family members to my Family Membership

Firstly, it is extremely frustrating that this is the only way to get support other than Twitter (which the same amongst us refuse to use). I don’t want to talk to anyone but what happened to good old email.

I have invited my wife and daighter to my family membership and, for some reason, when they set up their accounts, the country that is automatically allocated to their account is Indonesia. I am not sure if this is because their GMAIL id's that they are using were set up there, or because we are all sitting in my Villa in Bali.

Anyway, because of the automatic country allocation there invitation will not process, even though we enter our Singapore address when upgrading to the Premium Family member ship for them.

Is it really the case that when, in the new digital world where call centre and email channels are not no longer deemed necessary, nor supported, Spotify does not acknowledge families that live across two or more locations.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the country on my Wife/Daughter's new accounts. And I use my Singapore address and bank for all these online services, so I am not able to change my country of residence to Indonesia.

Unless there is a way that Spotify can accommodate a Modern Family set up, I guess I have to cancel my premium membership.
