Premium not activating when i accept the invite

I sent a family invite to my dad who I live with and he accepted it and his account is still not premium???? Spotify fix this or what?

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to reinstall his app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

No Bueno, Taylor.

I sent an invite to my son.  The link takes him to the Spotify website and then rejects the activation code.  Thoughts?
