Premium plan (6 users) but my wife cannot join

My Question or Issue

I have a Premium plan but my wife who lives in the same house as me cannot join. Each time I send her an invitation the message received back is that she can only hear to Spotify abroad for 14 days and that she needs to update her localization... She has her localization updated to Portugal wher we both live in the same house !

Can someone help please ? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. That's odd.

Can you both please head to https://spotify.com/account and check your account's country setting there? If you live in Portugal, it should say Portgual in both accounts.
