Premium plan says different name

Premium plan says different name

I recently started inviting others to my family plan. The first person I invited accepted but it said they joined their own family. Now when others accepted it said they joined her family not mine. Why is that?

Hey @sillyana711,


You probably were asked at the beginning to enter an address + name. You likely entered the family member's name and not yours.
