Premium to premium family not changed

Today I upgraded my monthly paid premium account to a yearly family account. PayPal payment went through. And it says the account is active till next year December. 

But if I look at my account it still says premium and when I go to family it asks me to subscribe again. 

The account seems to be still a normal premium one.

I am very sorry but there is no such thing as "yearly family account". Yearly promotion and family subscription are two separate things and you can't mix them up. The yearly promotion is for Premium account only.
