My Question or Issue

1. The language should be italian/english, not French or German.

2. I can't add a user even though they have premium subscription. It's not clear the difference between my user "faiXXXXXpa" and "caXXXXXXXpa". The latter seems to be the owner of the account, but it is not possible to access with this USER.

Requesting the reset of the pwd for the latter, doesn't produce any result.

Could you let us know on which app/platform the language is incorrectly displayed? We'd appreciate a screenshot as well 🙂
And, as for the second question - could you share a few more details about what it is you're trying to achieve as well as where things go wrong?
