Prevent enabling explicit content

Prevent enabling explicit content

I am the plan manager and am able to turn explicit content off for my family. The issue is that when my family are logged in on their own devices, they are able to turn it back on! What is the point of that? Does anyone know if this is by design or do I have something set up incorrectly?

Hi there @gdogg79!

Hmm, if you've switched on Remove explicit content on your Family page for a specific member, the Allow Explicit Content option in the app's Settings should be greyed out and they shouldn't be able to toggle it on. It's worth signing out everywhere to make sure they aren't currently logged in your account. Just go to your account page, scroll all the way down and click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.

Let us know how it goes. Cheers!
